Dhiven Reddy - GM Finance & People
Dhiven Reddy is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of senior finance leadership across New Zealand, Australia and Africa, spanning telecommunications, IT services, lighting and IoT, logistics, manufacturing and engineering.
His career includes Regional CFO roles with Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) across Africa, divisional finance leadership at listed logistics business Barloworld, programme and shared services leadership at Datacom, and Financial Controller for Panasonic Group's New Zealand industrial machine business - experience shaped by complex, multi-market environments, acquisitions, business repositioning and finance transformation.
He is also a Committee Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand's Auckland Local Committee, contributing to the wider NZ finance profession alongside his role at Digital Island.
Since joining Digital Island, Dhiven has lead the finance function, providing strategic financial leadership to support sustainable growth and business performance and more recently the people function.
