Shave for a Cure is Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand's signature fundraising event. Every year thousands of individuals, schools and businesses across the country whip out the clippers and shave their locks in a bid to help the 6 Kiwis a day diagnosed with a blood cancer or related condition.

The Auckland based Westpac Rescue Helicopter is he world's first ever civilian surf-rescue helicopter service, started in 1970. Since then, the service has performed many thousands of rescues and is internationally recognised for its pioneering work in saving lives.

Starship Children's Health is a dedicated paediatric healthcare service and major teaching centre, providing family centred care to children and young people throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Ronald McDonald House Charities NZ (RMHC) is a registered charity with a simple mission — to improve the health and well being of children. RMHC creates, finds and supports programmes that help children live happier, healthier lives.

Since 1990, Kidney Kids of NZ has provided emotional and practical support to children living with kidney or urinary tract disease. Our mission is to help our Kidney Kids live the best lives possible, to offer their families the best support and information available.

Radio Lollipop is an International children’s charity providing care, comfort, play and entertainment to children in hospital. Radio Lollipop gives young patients a voice and a choice during their stay. While they can´t say "no" to taking their medicine or receiving treatment, they can request their favourite songs, win prizes and hear their own voices on the radio.

The NZ Down Syndrome Association is a family/whanau driven organization which promotes the participation of people with Down syndrome in their communities.

Koru Care makes dreams come true for seriously ill and disabled children. Their volunteer team donates time and expertise to make dreams come true for kids who have drawn the short straw.
