Mobile roaming
1. What is the Roaming Data Spend Control feature?
The Roaming Data Spend Control feature helps manage your roaming data costs by setting limits on casual roaming data usage. As of 1 June 2024, this control will only apply to casual roaming data and not to roaming pack usage. No action is required on your part, the updates will be automatically applied.
2. How can I enable auto-purchase of roaming packs?
Log in to your My Island account, navigate to Lines & Services / Active Connection, select the users you wish to activate, and choose ‘Set Auto-roaming ON’ from the menu. You can also view our video tutorial.
3. What countries are now included in the roaming packs?
We have added 15 new countries, including Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, French Polynesia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Turkey.
