Q: I’ve logged a referral, what happens next?
A: One of our business team will get in touch with you to discuss the client’s needs, then we’ll contact the client directly. When the client joins Digital Island we’ll let you know and you receive your agreed commission or rebate.
Q: When are commissions paid?
A: A summary of qualifying clients and the subsequent commission is produced once a month and commissions are paid on the x day of each month.
Q: How do I find out the status of a client referral?
A: Your Account Manager can help you with this. Just give them a call or send them and email with the client details.
