All pre-scheduled changes are performed remotely and during business hours (08:00AM to 06:00PM). Any complex changes will be charged at standard Digital Island T&M rates.
Please note that Wednesday, 13th April is the latest date for logging any pre-scheduled change requests. Requests submitted after this date will be actioned on a best effort basis and run the risk of not being actioned in time, or incur additional charges.
