Digital Island Achieves the AWS Service Delivery Designation for Amazon Connect

Auckland – Digital Island, the cloud communication specialist within Spark Business Group, announced today that it has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Service Delivery designation for Amazon Connect, recognizing that Digital Island follows best practices and has proven success delivering AWS services to end customers.

Achieving the AWS Service Delivery designation differentiates Digital Island as an AWS Partner that provides specialized demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success in delivering Amazon Connect, an easy-to-use omnichannel cloud contact center service offering. To receive the designation, AWS Partners must possess deep AWS experience and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.

For Digital Island, this has included the bespoke deployment of Amazon Connect for its customer Reach Aotearoa – which partnered with Digital Island to stand up a national COVID case investigation service within seven days.
