1. THESE TERMS
1.1. The standard Digital Island Terms and Conditions apply found at http://digiisland.wpengine.com/our-island/terms-conditions/
1.2. Additional terms apply to customer’s partaking in the offer as defined below.

2. INTERPRETATION
2.1. “Digital Island” means Digital Island Limited, Level 3, 8 Nugent Street, Grafton, Auckland.
2.2. “Customer” means the Digital Island new or existing customer who accepts the offer and accepts the proposal offer for Microsoft Teams.
2.3. All communications will be by email to the email address as supplied by the customer in response to the offer. Emails sent to the customer will be deemed ‘read’ unless an alternative means of communication is jointly agreed on.

3. DIGITAL ISLAND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Digital Island will configure the Digital Island Cloud PBX platform for MS Teams PSTN access for Calling and will perform E2E calling test.
3.2 Digital Island will work with the customer’s O365 admin to configure users for Teams Calling and port the DDIs to the Digital Island service.
3.3 Digital Island will provide project management resources and documentation for this project.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. Package and distribute the appropriate licenses for Teams calling to all users.
4.2. Work with customers’ Office 365 tenant admin to configure MS Teams Calling instance including a default Dial Plan suitable for the customer.
4.3. The Customer and\or Office 365 tenant admin will work with Digital Island to perform configure, and test activities.
4.4. Engage and co-ordinate third parties.
4.5. Co-ordinate internal change control process.
