Over the holiday period, companies often close or run on limited schedules. For those that have a night service / after-hours message set in place, this will play on the public holidays. On other days, your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and schedules will run as normal. If this does not suit your needs, we provide a guide on how to change your IVR and schedules.
If you would prefer our support team to make these changes for you, then please e-mail our support team at email@example.com. This service costs of $50 + GST. All pre-scheduled changes are performed remotely and during business hours (8:30am to 6:00pm).
Please note that Wednesday, 23 December is the latest date for logging any pre-scheduled change requests. Requests submitted after this date will be actioned on a best effort basis and may run the risk of not being actioned in time, or incur additional charges.
